Description:
Clutching is everything—especially once you add power to your machine. To properly transfer added horsepower, your CVT clutch must be adjusted for the increased load. Our Stage 2 Clutch Kit uses adjustable magnetic weights, designed to shift the clutch harder and deliver noticeably more power to the rear wheels. These weights have become a customer favorite thanks to their easy adjustability and consistent performance.

This Stage 2 kit also includes our primary spring, secondary spring, and a custom cut helix. Together, they provide stronger belt tension, reduced slip, quicker backshifts, and improved overall clutch performance. The result is better acceleration, more consistent top-end speed, and dramatically improved belt and clutch life.

When installing, make sure to remove the primary limiter—the grey plastic washer between the spring and the clutch. Many riders also cut the secondary limiter nipple in half for additional shift-out. With the limiter removed and paired with BMP custom tuning, machines have seen 90+ MPH. A full setup guide is included to help you dial in the weights for your tire size, riding style, and additional modifications.
