Upgrade your Polaris RS1 with IMG's high-flow aluminum intake kit, engineered for strength, precision, and a perfect OEM fit. Each intake is laser-cut from 5052 aluminum (.095” thick), formed and TIG-welded to a 3.5” tube for maximum durability and airflow. Designed as a direct fit for factory clutch and filter intakes, this kit installs cleanly with both OEM cages and aftermarket cage systems — no modifications needed.
